Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Handling Charges
All standard shipping will ship ground via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. There are no handling fees. Orders will be shipped within 48 - 72 hours depending upon stock availability. Shipping time and options can be selected during checkout.
Note: Be sure to check your shipping options. Due to severe cost increases, USPS is now often lower cost than UPS. Many of our items are light so you'll find that shipping two costs no more than shipping one!

Payment Types
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. The order number you receive at checkout can be used to track your order through our online system.
Sales Tax
Pico’s Worldwide is based in Oregon. Your order will always be exempt from sales tax.
Payment Security
We use 256 bit High-grade encryption to protect your credit card numbers and personal information automatically while they are in transit over the Internet. This level of encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers. It is therefore very unlikely that anyone can intercept the information you send to our website. The instant you reach our checkout page, a padlock symbol at the top/bottom of your screen indicates that you have entered our secure shopping zone.
Returns
Our Guarantee
We think you'll love your fair trade eco-friendly products! But, if for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition and have original tags and pricing affixed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returning an Item
To return an item please safely repackage it in the original box, enclose the packing slip, insure the package, and send it back to us. Our return address:

We cannot receive mail at our street address. If using USPS please use post office box or we will not receive it and return will be void.
You may also return items purchased online directly to our store in Oregon. We will refund or credit the cost of your items, shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.
Cancellations
Cancellation must be made by phone between the hours of 10am - 6pm PST and only if the order has not been shipped.
Online Order Status and Package Tracking
You may check the status of an order by visiting our website. All you need is your Order ID and email. The Order Status and Tracking links are found in the right-hand column of each page. You can view all the details of your order by logging into your account.
Editing Your Account
You may log in to your account to monitor and modify your personal information including your billing address, e-mail address, and password. This is accessible by clicking HERE or on “login” which is located in the right-hand column of any page.
E-mail Announcement List
Pico’s Worldwide sends e-mail announcements offering exclusive sales or to let you know that we have added some exciting new eco-friendly gifts to our site. To become part of our fair trade, eco-friendly community you may use the "Signup" banner that you'll find on our home page or click HERE to create a new account. We respect your privacy. We do not at any time for any reason share your email address.
Unsubscribing
The simplest way to be removed from our e-mail list is to follow the link provided at the bottom of the last promotional e-mail you received from us. If you do not have an e-mail from us, please send an email to info@picosworldwide.com or call 541-899-4400 and we will promptly remove you from our list.
Packaging Materials
Pico's Worldwide makes every attempt to use only recycled materials for packaging. You might not get a brand new box filled with shiny paper but you will get the reassurance that your shipment has made as little impact as possible on the environment. If you see Styrofoam, plastic, or bubble wrap inside, it is being reused and we hope you too will reuse or recycle to keep our landfills free of debris. While these materials are not recyclable, they are reusable! Many businesses just like ours will welcome your donation. Many mail centers and any businesses that conduct shipping should welcome your donation. Start a program or campaign in your neck of the woods!
