You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. Please use the Contact Us tab to begin the Return/Exchange process.
As of May 15, 2020, all clothing, scarf, and face covering sales are FINAL SALE. We are not currently allowing returns on clothing (Shirts, dresses, skirts, pants, etc...) for any reason.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds will be processed to the payment method used (e.g. gift card for gift card, credit/debit for credit/debit).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Any product that has a safety/hygiene seal is not returnable. (ex: lotions, lip balms, sheet masks, all oils, etc...) Air purifiers and oil diffusers are also not returnable, except in the case of a defective product.
**Sale Items are not returnable.
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery timeframes for orders within the USA are usually 2-7 days, with orders shipped to Canada typically take about 2-3 weeks. These delivery timeframes are based on average shipping times as we have experienced them, and are not a guarantee of when they will arrive.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
Once packages have been dropped off with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for said package. Unfortunately, porch pirates exist. If your tracking number says a package was delivered but you cannot find it, it will be up to you to contact the delivering company (and possible local Police) to file a report. Only domestic packages shipped via USPS Priority/Express have insurance included.

Please note that we only ship online orders within the United States and Canada. If you live outside of these two countries, but would like to place an order still, you may call us at 1-541-899-4400 to place an order via phone. We are open every day from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST).
Order requests made via the Contact Form will be ignored, sorry.
Please be aware that your country may charge VAT or import taxes. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Also, incorrectly marking a package as a gift or at a lower value is a federal offense.
